  • Society Land Allocation

    The society purchases a track of land, sub-divides it into plots measuring 50 by 100 then allocates to members to pay in a time frame of 3 months to 36 months. One can take two or 3 plots upon qualification.

  • Construction loan

    The society finances the construction project for members who have fully serviced their plots.

    The maximum loan is Ksh.1,000,000.00. To qualify for this facility, one must contribute a minimum of Ksh.10,000.00 per month for 7 months or more and have the repayment ability. The loan is subject to a multiplier of 5 of the deposits (5* of the deposits). Maximum repayment period is 36 months.

  • Personal land acquisition

    The society finances a member up to 80% of the cost of the land at his place of choice. For qualification, one must have been contributing a minimum of Ksh.10,000 per month for 7 months or more and have the repayment ability. The loan is subject to a multiplier of 5 of the deposits (5* of the deposits). The maximum repayment period is 36 months.

    Note; All the above products, are subject to Ksh.124,000 shares as the bare minimum qualification.

  • Home Improvement loan

    The society enables a member to acquire house appliances (e.g. washing machine, fridge, cooker etc) from our appointed outlets. The maximum loan is Ksh.120,000 payable in 12 months.

  • Project Development loan

    This where a member can access a loan up to 50% of his deposits to carry out personal projects. The maximum repayment period is 24months.

  • Deposits Account

    Once a member has attained the minimum share capital of Ksh.124,000, the monthly contributions are channeled to the deposit account. This will be a cautionary/ buffer account. In the event of 3 consecutive months of default, the defaulted amount can be transferred (from the deposit account) to the loan repayment hence relieving a member from huge arrears.

    It also helps a member be an active member. Deposits earn interest annually.

    The deposits are refundable after 60 days of notice net of any arrears where applicable.

  • Last Expense

    The society is in partnership with Pioneer Assurance for the last respect of our members. The maximum sum assured is Ksh.200, 000 for adults and Ksh.100, 000 for children below 18 years.
